Terms of Service

Last updated: April 9, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AIGovContract ("we," "us," or "the Service"), a daily email digest of federal IT contract opportunities. By joining the waitlist, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

AIGovContract aggregates publicly available federal contracting opportunities from SAM.gov, applies automated AI scoring, and delivers a daily email digest to subscribers. We do not represent SAM.gov or any government agency.

2. No Guarantee of Accuracy

Opportunity data is sourced from SAM.gov and processed by automated systems including large language models. Scores, summaries, and reasoning are generated algorithmically and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. The Service is provided "as is" and you should independently verify all opportunities directly on SAM.gov before taking any action.

3. Not Legal, Financial, or Procurement Advice

Nothing delivered through the Service constitutes legal, financial, bidding, or procurement advice. You are solely responsible for your bid/no-bid decisions and compliance with federal procurement regulations.

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service is currently in waitlist mode. Paid subscriptions will be offered at the price displayed at the time of signup. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

6. Intellectual Property

Underlying opportunity data is in the public domain (sourced from SAM.gov). Our scoring, summaries, formatting, and the Service itself are owned by AIGovContract. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digests for your own business purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIGovContract shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost contracts, lost profits, or missed bid deadlines. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time by unsubscribing.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
